A turnkey unit consists of:
A freshly reconditioned Windows Laptop Computer running XP with up-to-date virus protection,
A Dylos DC 1100 Air Quality Monitor,
Willing Webcam Software,
Serial to USB adapter.
The unit will come set up to display output on the CCC-WIS.COM website assuming you have wireless or cable internet access.. All you have to do is plug it in and turn it on.
The unit will be remote controlled from my house so little if any site host attention will be required after initial setup.
Best location for such a monitor is outside, tucked under a protective roof (to keep the rain off) with two small cords running through the wall to the computer.
